4. My kitchen faucet leaks.  What do I need to fix it?
   First, check to see where is the faucet leaking from - the base, the handle or elsewhere.  Next, identify the make and model of the faucet.  This information will help us determine what parts need to be replaced.  Faucets have many parts and we carry a large selection of repair parts for all major brands.

5. Do you carry toilet installation parts?
   Yes, we stock the parts you will need to install a toilet.  To make it easier, we have a pre-assembled toilet installation kit that includes a wax ring, floor bolts and a water supply line with valve.

6. Do you sell adjustable shower bars with hose and hand-held shower head?
   Yes, we carry a good selection of brand names from manufacturers such as Grohe, Danze, Bossini and PSS (Plumbers Specialty Supply).

7. Do you carry mirrors and other home decorating accessories?
   Plumbateria carries a nice selection or quality mirrors both framed and unframed.  We have round, square, oval and bevelled mirrors and a complementary selection of beautiful wall art.

8. I want to replace my bathroom sink and faucet.  Can you help me choose the right parts?
   We sure can!  First of all, if you are going to use the same countertop, you will need to determine the hole drillings shape and size to ensure a proper fit for the replacement sink and faucet. Next, you will need to determine what finish you want for the sink and faucet.  We carry a wide range of sink finishes from porcelain to stainless steel to steel enamel models.  Faucets also come in a wide variety of styles and finishes so it is a good idea to come in to our store to review the selection prior to starting your project.

9. Do you carry humidifier parts?
   Yes, we carry replacement parts for all major brands including: Honeywell; GeneralAire; Aprilaire; Vaporaire; Autoflow; Wait Skuttle; Lau; Lennox and Desert Spring.

10. My shower diverter is broken.  How do I fix it?
    A new diverter valve is required.  Bring in your old part and we will help you match it up to a correct replacement part.  There are several diverter options and we stock them all!

11. I want to install a new shower.  Can I use a one piece unit?
    If you are replacing an existing shower, it is unlikely that a one piece unit will fit through your existing doors and hallways so a knock down unit would be recommended.  The knock down unit comes with walls and a base that can be easily assembled on site.  There are other options to consider as well such as installing a base and tiling the walls.

12. I am doing a bathroom renovation.  Do you carry cabinets as well as fixtures?
    Yes, we carry both modern and traditional styles from leading manufacturers such as OVE, Decorating Details and Langdon Mills.  Our selections come complete with cabinet, countertop and sink. Countertop selections include glass, marble, granite and porcelain.

13. I want to replace my kitchen sink.  What information do I need?
    The most important information is the size.  Measure the dimensions of the sink from the very outside edge of the lip.  Will you be keeping your existing faucet?  How many holes are there for the water lines and sprayer?  Do you want to include a lotion dispenser or an outlet for an under sink instant hot water heater?  Stop by our store and we will be happy to discuss your plans with you.
